Hurtigruten, renowned for servicing the breathtaking west coast of Norway for more than a century, has determined that the time has come to roll out a commission plan that will benefit our loyal agents more generously.

For all travel in 2007, Hurtigruten will honor a tiered commission program ranging from 10% to 15% based on productivity as follows:

• $0-$29.000	10%
• $30.000-49.999	11%
• $50.000-$74.999	12%
• $75.000-$99.999	13%
• $100.000-$199.999	14%
• $200.0000 and over	15% - Hurtigruten 2007 ELITE LEVEL!

In addition, our Elite Level will allow for separate marketing funding, which will require the creation of a marketing plan and establishing an attainable target for you to reach. Additional opportunities exist when such targets are exceeded. A separate agreement will be provided. Also, as our Hurtigruten Elite agent you would receive exclusive notices regarding educational familiarizations, Hurtigruten events, as well as first options for promotional efforts and exciting product updates.

For 2007, our base commission for all travel agencies will start at 10% for cruise and 5% for air/land components.

We hope this early notification of our new commission plan will assist you in strategizing your marketing and sales activities with a focus on our beautiful Norwegian Coastal cruises, our two luxury exploration ships in Antarctica, the breathtaking Spitsbergen expedition cruises, and our summer Greenland cruises.

With 14 ships and an exciting array of exploration cruises, we trust that this new commission approach will inspire you to direct your clients to experience Hurtigruten’s unique Norwegian Coastal Voyages, our exclusive escorted itineraries, our theme cruises, our Antarctica cruise expeditions with full lecture programs and guided landings, or perhaps polar bear sightings on the Spitsbergen exploration cruises.
